The Group have now secured a mobile telephone.  This was in response to many group members discussing feelings of lonliness and isolation.  Group members identified that often a phone call to someone that you know and trust can be the difference between a good day and a bad day.

The phone will be opearted on a rota basis and always has a second person for back up.  Members of the group can ring for a chat, support or to ask for help with a specific issue - The mobile phone is not a crisis line but phone buddies do have contact details for the local crisis team and organisations specifically trained for people experiencing crisis. 

The phone can also be used to contact members of the group if you would like to request further information or support from the group.
