HAPPY BIRTHDAY PFG

The PFG have reached their first anniversery as a group of citizens working together.  We believe this is a great achievement and shows the level of commitment and dedication we have as a group to continue working together.  Its been a funny old year with some amazing highs and lows.  We have achieved so much in the time we have been together and are looking forward to see what our next year brings. The PFG wish to thank everyone who has supported us during our first year and we hope to continue doing our community proud.


We would like to give a special thank you to our excellent committee members who have worked tirelessly to meet the groups aims and a special acknowledgement to each and every member who have all given 100% time, effort and commitment.

Our priorities for our second year are to:

• Concentrate on building greater community support.
• Develop ways to encourage more citizens to get involved.
• Attract funding to support us in meeting our aims.
• Work closely with our statutory services to support personalisation.
• Build Support Buddies to demonstrate the real value of peer support and publicise our findings.
• Launch our newsletter.

We believe that we have learnt so much in our first year and that this learning will make sure that we are bigger, better and stronger going into our second year.

We will be organising a good old fashioned night out to celebrate our anniversary and details will be displayed shortly.
