Fundraising Update

Carboot

Yesterday 17/04/11, we held a car boot at Keepmoat stadium, despite a few technical problems before and  after carboot, we had a very successful day raising a total of £150, and enjoying a fantastic morning of sunshine and meeting some very nice and generous people of Doncaster.

 Personally I would like thank the following members who joined me on the stall for all their help, Sam Leigh, Chris, John, Ron, Adam, Cathy and Lee. Thank you and well done guys.

We as a Group would also like to take this opportunity to say special thanks to the following;
Andrew Brown and Rebound for use of minibus and to Andrew for coming out at 6.30am on Sunday morning to help us with a few technical problems with minibus. Thank you. Chris and Sandy Younger, (Mother and Son, who had stall next to us), who very kindly donated 4 boxes of various items for us to sell on our stall to help raise founds for our group. Thank you for your kind donations and listening to us.
The kind hearted individuals who stopped and helped us with our technical problems with minibus at end of day, with special thanks to the gentleman and his partner who gave us a tow with his pick up to solve our technical problem. And not forgetting all those who donated items for us to sell and the generous people who supported us by purchasing items from our stall.
